A great interest in technical things from an early age. After a short period of working in a do-it-yourself store and horticulture, at the age of 16 I became acquainted with repairing Home Apliances.

First only during the school holidays, later also in the free hours after school and on Saturdays. During the training I did internships at a number of Home Apliances / audio / TV repair companies in the region. This allowed me to look behind the scenes at companies such as Firma Stolk en Zn (white goods and TV), Radio Fortuin (only brown goods) and Spanish Electro. In retrospect, this has been a very instructive period.

After school I started working at Brouwer Elektro in Monster (Westland). This was a store (sales and repair of Home Apliances / tv) where I spoke to people in the store as well as repairs in the workshop and on the road. When this store ceased to exist in 2010, the time came for me to continue as a self-employed person with Elektro Service Remmers / Esrwitgoed.nl

Where/what do I fix

Unfortunately I cannot repair throughout the Netherlands. The following places fall within my region:

The Westland, The Hague, Voorburg, Rijswijk, Leidschendam

I repair the following machines:

Washing machine, Tumble Dryer / Dryer, Dishwasher / Dishwasher, Microwave, oven

And these brands:
Bosch, Siemens, Miele, aeg, atag, Bauknecht, construction, electrolux, Etna, Gaggenau, Marynen, Neff, Pilgrim, Samsung, smeg, whirlpool, Zanussi

How we perform a repair:

(1) We schedule an appointment based on the times you specify.
(2) You will be notified about this by e-mail, SMS or telephone.
(3) We will visit you and make the diagnosis, on the basis of which you will receive a quotation for the repair.
(4) If you agree, we will repair for the agreed price, if you do not agree, we will only charge diagnosis costs and we will gone again.

• Digital invoice by email (no paper waste)
• Standard 3 months warranty, unless clearly agreed otherwise

When we don't repair

In some cases, our technician may decide not to repair, to discontinue the repair. In some cases, the office staff may decide not to schedule an appointment with you

(*) It may be that the device is so old or in poor condition that the technician decides not to dare to repair it, often there is a risk that a new defect will immediately arise or that the device can become a hazard the reason for this for the user.
(*) The customer has tried to carry out the repair himself in an incompetent manner, as a result of which the technician can no longer make a correct diagnosis.
(*) We only carry out repairs with parts supplied by us, new from our parts suppliers.
